We routinely do a (pre-op esthetic evaluation) of the the pre-op models to layout the plan for an esthetic result.

This planning has resulted in big improvements in natural emergence and contour improving patient satisfaction.

Implant temps are another tool that helps with tissue adaptation in preparation for abutment and final restoration.

Custom abutments regardless of implant system are key to correct subtle implant placement discrepancies and provide proper biologic width at emergence and ideal restoration support.
